                • Planning Application to Demolish the ‘Duke of Clarence’<\/strong>\n
                    \n
                  • Details:<\/strong> Amended plans (Ref: 22\/01085\/FUL) have been submitted to demolish the 19th-century pub on Mansfield Road and replace it with eight apartments and a micro-pub.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Objection:<\/strong> The Little Chester Residents Association is submitting an objection based on the negative heritage impact, environmental cost of demolition, and flood risk for ground-floor residents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Deadline:<\/strong> Residents wishing to comment must do so by August 13, 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Picnic on the Green Recap<\/strong>\n

                    • Details:<\/strong> The event was a huge success, featuring a tug-of-war and entertainment from Local Vocals, Tiptoe School of Performing Arts, Brass Pigeon, and The Buzzberrys.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Funds Raised:<\/strong> The raffle, ice creams, and face painter raised around \u00a3270 to finance future entertainment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
