I know this unit has caused issues in the past (when it was a shisha bar), with noise problems and also other issues with the visitors to this particular establishment, so I\u2019m bringing to everyone\u2019s attention so they can comment if they wish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Below is the notice on the council&#8217;s website, and I&#8217;ve attached the docs to this post too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you would like to submit any representations (comments!) they need to be made under the one or more of the licensing objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>the prevention of crime and disorder<\/li><li>public safety<\/li><li>the prevention of public nuisance<\/li><li>the protection of children from harm<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comments can be made until 19-5-2020 by emailing <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"mailto:licensing@derby.gov.uk\" target=\"_blank\">licensing@derby.gov.uk<\/a> and quoting &#8216;Unit C, 2 City Road&#8217;. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The unit will be a two storey development, and details on this can be found at:<br><a
