Free Cycling Sessions at Darley Fields

The cycle sessions at Darley Fields are designed to be a fun, relaxed and enjoyable way to help you cycle more. Whether you’ve never ridden a bike, haven’t cycled in years, cycle a little but would like to gain more confidence, or are a regular cyclist looking for people to cycle with; we have a session to suit. You don’t need any specialist equipment to take part; you don’t have to wear lycra and you don’t even have to own a bike as we can provide that for you. Sessions are open to individuals and community groups.

All sessions are led by fully qualified instructors who will be on hand at all times to give you all the advice and encouragement you need. Best of all, sessions are completely FREE.
