We’ve had reports of several people with dogs in the children’s play park on Chester Green of late. Dog’s aren’t allowed in the gated play park, so if you see anyone with dogs who refuse to leave and allow our kids to play, ring:

Chester Green is having a flower festival this year. It promises to be a great event, and has been made possible thanks to the generous support from Darley Ward Neighbourhood Board and Local Businesses. Please come along and support the event…..perhaps we can make this an annual thing! Hi, today I returned from holiday to find your march newsletter in my letterbox. I read about a spate of bike thefts so went to check my shed… My £1500 bike has been stolen. It’s an ‘Orange Patriot’ which is bright blue and holds a lot of sentimental value. If you could help spread the word, a financial reward will be given upon the return of the bike.

a candlelit Carol Service with brass bands and songs from Rosie Meek and The Open Road.
