- Details: A coffee morning raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support. Calling for cake makers, biscuit makers, and attendees. Tea and coffee are provided.

- Planning Application to Demolish the ‘Duke of Clarence’
- Details: Amended plans (Ref: 22/01085/FUL) have been submitted to demolish the 19th-century pub on Mansfield Road and replace it with eight apartments and a micro-pub.
- Objection: The Little Chester Residents Association is submitting an objection based on the negative heritage impact, environmental cost of demolition, and flood risk for ground-floor residents.
- Deadline: Residents wishing to comment must do so by August 13, 2026.
- Picnic on the Green Recap
- Details: The event was a huge success, featuring a tug-of-war and entertainment from Local Vocals, Tiptoe School of Performing Arts, Brass Pigeon, and The Buzzberrys.
- Funds Raised: The raffle, ice creams, and face painter raised around £270 to finance future entertainment.
- Thank You for the Flowers
- Details: A huge thank you to the residents who brightened up the Green with beautiful summer planting in tubs, hanging baskets, and street flower beds.
- Community Centre Hire
- Venue: Community Centre
- Details: The centre is available to hire for children’s parties, family celebrations, or work events most weekends and occasional weekdays. A bar option is available for Saturday evening events.
